Safe Process
We do not use abrasive cleaning chemicals or machinery. All the work is carried out by hand using natural fibre brushes,and specially formulated rug shampoo to ensure the gentlest, most effective cleaning. Rugs are left to dry out naturally as heat can damage some fine fibres. This can take 2-3 days so we offer a collection and delivery service at a convenient time for you.
